Barbecue Buffalo Meatball Subs
SERVES 4 PREP & COOK 1 HOUR
■ ¹/³ cup Buffalo Wings Sauce
■ ¹/³ cup barbecue sauce
■ 4 long white bread rolls
■ 8 Aussie Jack Burger cheese slices
MEATBALLS
■ 1½ cups panko breadcrumbs
■ 500g turkey mince
■ ¼ cup grated parmesan
■ ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley, plus extra to serve
■ 2 cloves garlic, crushed
■ 1 egg yolk
■ 2 tblsps Buffalo Wings Sauce
1 To make meatballs, mix ¾ cup breadcrumbs with remaining ingredients in a large bowl until well combined. Place remaining breadcrumbs in a large shallow dish. Toss heaped tblsps of turkey mixture in breadcrumbs and roll into balls (makes 20).
