1 Small onion, grated
2 Tsp Dijon mustard
½ Tsp salt ½ tsp Worcestershire sauce
¼ Tsp pepper

1. In bowl, beat egg and water with fork; mix in bread crumbs, onion, mustard, salt, Worcestershire and pepper.
