    I know you must have imagined or visualized or day-dreamed many times in your life. And… our creative part helps us imagine and visualize.

    With the help of our creative mind, we can visualize, imagine, write, paint, and dream…and I am going to be talking to that part of you today.

    Your very powerful mind is listening to me and I wonder if it can help you imagine a staircase somewhere that leads you to a hallway with the door at the end.

    Just imagine it and I know you can do it, because everybody can.

    It could be a staircase made of stone or wood or metal, it does not matter…what matters is that you notice a staircase with 20 steps. And, as you notice yourself standing on top of it…you can easily notice the hallway just at the bottom of it.

    That’s right.

    Get the knowing of the stairs and the material they are made of…

    You are going to go down the staircase and each step you go down, you feel even more relaxed and drift more and more into a calm state of mind.

    So, let’s take the first step…

    20…put your right foot on the step

    19…starting to go down the staircase

    18…deeper and deeper

    17…drifting down

    16…becoming even more relaxed

    15…listening to the sound of my voice

    14…deeper and deeper

    13…focused even more on my words

    12…relaxing even more

    11…deeper and deeper

    10…half way there

    9…you can notice the hallway

    8…and you wonder what’s behind the door

    7…relaxing more

    6…focused on my voice

    5…reaching the hallway soon

    4…you can notice the floor and walls of the hallway

    3…even deeper

    2…about to reach

    1…almost there

    0…step in the hallway

    You are now beautifully relaxed…with your light body, you move forward into the hallway and reach the door.

    The door leads you to the deepest part of mind, where what I say will stay there…

    It’s the deepest part of your mind…that’s right…

    You are going to open the door to the deepest part of your mind as I count down from 5 down to 0…
