Do not listen to this audio…when your mind needs you to be conscious such as while operating machinery or driving. Listen to this audio… when you are in a comfortable position…sitting on a chair or resting on a bed.

One last note, hypnotherapists usually work with their patients for 6-12 sessions to achieve lasting results with Weight Loss hypnotherapy, therefore, we recommend you go through these Hypnosis around 6-12 times over the next couple of weeks/ months, ideally commit to several chapters of this book each day.
However, each situation is unique and can depend on you, your mental state and the intensity of change you want to being into your life. Therefore, while we offer 6-12 sessions as a recommendation, this is not set in stone and you may need more or less. After each set of sessions, see how you feel, and then decide if you need more.
We also recommend sticking to one set of recordings over a period of time, rater than chopping and changing. For example, you may also have our Sleep Hypnosis, but we recommend completing this one, fully first before moving on to that one.
