SuperLife- The 5 Simple Fixes That Will Make You Healthy, Fit, and Eternally Awesome is health and wellness expert Darin Oliens, debut novel. In this book, Darin takes a holistic view of health instead of western medicine, which has a specialist for everybody part and system. In this book, he lays out the five life forces or the primary factors and processes essential to our wellbeing on a cellular level. He then explains how we can optimize that cellular health by our food and lifestyle choices, to feel more lively. He also shares a list of beneficial foods and a ten-day sample eating plan.
The 1st life force: Nutrition
Good nutrition means our body gets all the nutrients, vitamins, and minerals it needs to function at its best. He asks us to plan meals and snacks to incorporate nutrient-dense foods that are also low in calories. Darin argues that today's lifestyle has grown very hectic, making us ignore the body's nutritional needs to keep us energized. Hence, we end up eating a lot of junk food that makes us feel full but provides us with empty calories; that prove harmful in the long run.
