    I don't usually rate books or movies because I believe everybody has the right to think and interpret different, however, I could not let this opportunity without mentioning how special this book has been to me, it is actually a book that I keep reading when I have questions or I need to refresh my memory is like a bible about learning how to live healthy and long, the way is written and conveniently made that you keep this intense wish of reading and learning, I personally apply what I learned and I experience great results improving my health, learning from this book.
