This is a complete guide to weight loss, in an easy to understand format. I wrote this book after losing 100 lbs myself in a year. I spent over 2 years searching for answers to questions I had about weight loss. I wanted to know why we lose weight, what were the factors that made a diet work? In my search I found piles of misleading information and contradicting answers. With the help of people much more knowledgeable than myself I finally learned what I was searching for.

I know many people have the same questions I had when starting out, but no one wants to sit down and read some 500 page book filled with fitness and medical jargon to find the answers that we should all have access to. I wanted to write a short book with everything I had learned through my own weight loss journey. This book is just that, it is short and simple but has the answers so many struggling to lose weight have.

The goal is to make it where anyone, regardless of their knowledge on the subject of weight loss, can read this book and get started with confidence on their weight loss journey.
