Strawberries and Cream Ice Creams
I’ll always remember making homemade ice creams and ice blocks growing up – strawberries and cream was always a favourite flavour of mine. Perfect for a hot summer’s day!
Makes 4 ice creams / 10 minutes (and overnight) GF NF
2 frozen bananas
400 grams fresh or frozen strawberries
2 tablespoons maple syrup
½ cup coconut milk
¼ cup melted coconut oil 80 grams white chocolate and freeze-dried raspberry powder to decorate, optional iceblock sticks and moulds
In a food processor or high-powered blender, blend bananas, strawberries, maple syrup, coconut milk and coconut oil together until smooth.
