Live Your Life Steeped in the Present

About this ebook
Many of us feel disconnected from things at different points in our lives. Some of it is cultural. The pace of our lives seems faster every day. But some of the reasons for how disconnected we feel are within our control. We could become more aware, slow down, and live more intentionally.
When we feel disconnected, we are not present. To become more present, we should become more intentional and conscious in our lives. We must also learn to breathe and engage with our lives. This is where our true presence lies.
So, take back your life. Re-engage and notice that your life is wonderful. All you have to do is stop, slow down, listen, look, taste and touch everything in your midst. Our world is so full of vibrancy. It can re-energize us. But we have to do our part, by being aware one moment at a time. Are you ready for this challenge?
I will show you how to do so in this e-book.
