Rapid Weight Loss Hypnosis For Women - Charlotte Piper

    Envisage Your Long-Term Goal

Follow the sound of my voice with your breath. Inhale, exhale, inhale, exhale, inhale, outhale, inhale, and outhale.

Be aware of when it is strongest and when it lasts the longest. Breathe in, then exhale, then in, then out, then in, then out.

Keep in mind that life cannot exist without breathing. Remember that you cannot exist without breath.

Breathe in, then exhale, then in, then out, then in, then out.

Let your body to regain control of your breathing, and then just let your awareness rest on your body as it proceeds naturally.

    Pause for 10 seconds

The majority of people who labor toward something—let's say a strategy or goal—rarely get their brains' full backing. When pursuing a dream, direction is crucial since without it, the chase will never really get started because you won't know where to start, where to go, or when the light will finally appear. The brain has to be aware of what it is to aim toward in order to accomplish a goal like weight loss. It must be fully aware of the objective. We are now going to communicate with your brain and give it instructions through the power of your thoughts.

    Pause for 5 seconds

Allow your body to gradually become more relaxed with each breath you take. Inhale, exhale, and then inhale again. Out, in, then back out again.

Let's start preparing that imagination, shall we? Breathe deeply. Do you have any trouble visualizing a stunning sunset?

The sky above you is a beautiful dark blue; as you get closer to the sun, it turns light blue with hints of pink and gradually turns a soft orange surrounding the sun.

See it, watch the sun set on this horizon, wherever it is in your imagination that you are experiencing this lovely moment. It may be in a known location or it may be entirely fictitious.

Take note of how you feel in the sun. Comfortable, warm. Let your mind to unwind. Let your body to unwind. Could you try to picture yourself right now in front of a mirror?

This may be a mirror in your home that you frequently use. Choose a location that you are familiar with. A space where you feel at ease and are awake.

Pay close attention to the minor features in the area around the mirror now. Make this mental experience as realistic as you can.

It's crucial to keep in mind that your brain cannot distinguish between what you see when you open your eyes and what you are visualizing in your head. In either case, information enters the brain in the exact same way. From your brain's perspective, neither experience—eyes open or closed—is more genuine than the other.

What does this mean, then? Possibly, you are asking yourself. This means that by visualizing yourself there, already existing in your future, you can bring your future aspirations closer to your present reality.

I want you to envision your body as it is right now as you stand in front of this mirror.

Be honest, but try not to be harsh, because this is all a part of the process. When we see ourselves through the eyes of others, we are rarely anything like the picture we paint of ourselves.

Your long-term objectives will be our primary concern. Imagine what you want to look like in a year for both you and me.

Answer these questions while picturing who you will be in a year from now.

    What do you resemble?

How does this appearance make you feel?

What in your life will alter as a result of the way you look?

How would this appearance be beneficial to you?

How do you feel about the adjustments your life will need to make as a result of this appearance?

Spend some time thoughtfully responding to these questions.

    Pause for 10 seconds

Great! Breathe in, then exhale. In, then out, then in, then out.

Your brain has already predicted your appearance one year from today.

With this meditation, we'll program the next five years of your life into your brain.

I'd want to share a secret with you concerning the word feeling before moving on. The letter e, or emotion, stands for energy. This describes moving energy. The more emotion you use and include into your visualizations, the more the message and image will linger in your mind. The more the brain recalls something, the more subconsciously it will work to support it. And the more it works for it, the nearer your present will be to that future.

Therefore, while you gaze in this mirror right now, try to picture how you'll look in five years.

Take your time, and make sure to add emotion to each of your responses.

Inhale, exhale, inhale, exhale, inhale, outhale, inhale, and outhale.

    In five years, how
