About this ebook
Dealing with negative thoughts is never easy at the best of times, but it can be even more difficult when our thoughts are gripped by spirit entities called troll negative entities. Troll negative entities deceive us into believing our negative thoughts are not negative at all, but in fact are positive. Why would we deal with thoughts that we are convinced are positive, not negative? This deception can keep us surrounded in clouds of negativity, and can lead us to be labelled as a negative person by those around us. We can even end up labelling ourselves as a negative person. And worse still, start behaving as if the label was true.
In spite of this, troll negative entities are not well known. This book exposes troll negative entities, and goes into why and how they exert a negative influence over your thoughts. It then shows you how to carry out a practical routine that does two things. One, it removes troll negative entities from your mind and presence, and two, it sets up a protective energy barrier to deter their intrusion. The routine is called 6 Handmovements, and comprises six straightforward hand movements. You carry out the routine on yourself. There's no need to involve others.
It can be difficult to out-think troll negative entities, that's why the 6 Handmovements routine takes a doing approach rather than a thinking approach. The ideas are different, but specialised knowledge is not required to understand them. All the information needed is provided in the text. The description of troll negative entities and their unique method of deception called the 'look-alike' effect, is matched by a description of the 6 Handmovements routine and a step-by-step guide on how to carry out the routine. There are more than 70 colour figures, so the ideas can be followed visually. And to help put the 6 Handmovements routine into practice, there is a link to a free 7-minute video that demonstrates the complete routine and each of the six individual hand movements.
The 6 Handmovements routine empowers you to regain control of your thoughts. Let it help you get rid of the negative person label, so you can start to think positively about yourself again, and show the world, and yourself, the true you.

Troll Negative Entities and the Negative Person Label - Geoff Leury
Ugly?
As a practising energy healer, I was shocked by a client whom I considered, and still consider, very personable. It wasn’t anything to do with the issue that first brought them to me, as far as I was concerned there was nothing shocking about that; I was shocked by how they thought about themselves.
At times, they labelled themselves with negative words such as loser, unlovable, ugly!
I realise it is probably not unusual for us to think of ourselves in this way occasionally. For example, for this person, perhaps their issues or their perception of them, or the progress or lack of progress of their life generally, justified such self-damning words. I accept that, in fleeting moments of frustration, we can see our problems as insurmountable and unfair, especially when things are slow to improve or when compared to the seemingly trouble free life of others, and get down and think negatively about ourselves as a consequence. Now and then we just need to release our frustration, to get things off our chest, and this was just one way to do it. Once the words are uttered, we get over it.
Perhaps. I wasn’t convinced. Something was different. What I couldn’t accept was the conviction with which this person used these words to crush themselves. Given my knowledge of them, it seemed too resolute and entrenched. You could not help but sense the negative attitude they held towards themselves never left them, that there was no respite, it was always lurking in some form, and sadly, that they were believing it. It didn’t take much to discern that this pervasive attitude was as injurious as any health or life issue they were facing, and totally unjustifiable.
It was obvious to me this person was wrong about themselves, very wrong, but why wasn’t it obvious to them?
I recognise there are numerous ideas as to what might cause us to use our mind against ourselves so negatively, and an equal number of ways to address this destructive mindset. Here, I submit mine.
The aforementioned shock was not the catalyst for the ideas; I had been working on them for some time. It was, however, a catalyst for completing this book.
I concede the ideas are different. Initially, they might even seem a little strange. Nonetheless, for me, they have an explanatory power that commands attention and, more importantly, I feel strongly that they can make a meaningful contribution to help us think more positively about ourselves again when we lose our way.

Ugly? No way!
The aim of this book is to give us something practical to do to help us think positively about ourselves again when we lose our way. The ‘something practical’ is 6 Handmovements, a routine comprising a series of six hand movements which we carry out on ourselves.
The 6 Handmovements routine is built upon two beliefs.
The first belief: our life path is smoother if we do not dwell on negative thoughts, but deal with them in an appropriate and timely manner.
I feel it is not too unrealistic to presume that most people would share this belief. The second belief, however, may require some explanation.
Acknowledging that negative thoughts can make our life path bumpier is one thing, dealing with negative thoughts can be another; it can be easier said than done. This is especially the case when we don’t recognise our negative thoughts as being negative, and deal with them as such. Instead, we see our negative thoughts as positive thoughts, and unwittingly continue to focus on and react to them as if they were positive. This leads to the second belief.
I believe this ‘mistaken thought identity’ is due to the negative influence of little known spirit entities I call troll negative entities.
What follows is an explication of the idea of troll negative entities, of why and how they exert a negative influence over our thoughts, and the idea of why and how the 6 Handmovements routine can be used to remove them from our mind and presence, and set up a protective energy barrier to deter their intrusion.
We are not losers, we are not unlovable, and no way are we ugly, despite what our thoughts might be telling us.
With that said, here are the ideas.
The ‘negative person’ label
Although not well known, troll negative entities can have a significantly negative influence on our thoughts. They sneak into our mind, grip our negative thoughts, and then deceive us into believing those thoughts are positive, with the aim that we generate negative energy, energy which they take to support their negative existence.
The tactic of deception used by troll negative entities often makes extra mental effort not enough to break their grip. In other
