Add all of your herbal ingredients and two quarts of water to a pot.2. Cover the pot and heat it enough so that the water reaches a steady simmer.3. Simmer your herbs for about 15 minutes. 4. Remove herbs from the heat and let cool for about 15 minutes. Now strain your tea and enjoy!
