Sharonmcl

Sharon has had visions, recall and been empathetic all her life, yet her journey took a major shift in the late 70s when she was involved in a hit and run. Let Sharon guide you through your journey and inspire you to awaken, turning your impossible into opportunities for possibilities.

    Introduction

You, me, we are layered beings. Beginning from a spark of spirit that holds your soul, to the birth of the physical body with human emotions, and depending on the soul’s journey your thoughts learnt and remembered. Your foundational journey begins through understanding your physical, emotional, mental, spiritual and energetic layers (PEMSE) of who you are. A part of that journey is finding tools, techniques and modalities that will assist you. Through understanding where you are, you will experience lessons in many areas of your life. How you handle your lessons will depend on how conscious you can remain. Remember, you are multileveled. You will be tested. If you choose, you will integrate. You will expand. You will awaken to your purpose and calling. You will evolve.

An old soul is simply a person that has journeyed many times and has contained memories and/or consciousness of the soul journeys. This information is stored in libraries on other levels, until you are ready to hold this information within yourself. Before 2012, this information was accessible to the few. Now more souls are waking up, and are ready to know more about their souls’ journey. I literally got a crash course in understanding this from being involved in a hit and run at 16, and the life events that followed.

I was born with recall, visions and strong feelings; however, they didn’t come with an instruction manual. I thought everyone could see and feel what I could. I learnt quickly I was different. For many years I tried to cap my energies, recalls, visions and feelings, yet capping just affected my health. If you have gifts, tools and skills, you are meant to be using them. The trick is understanding what you have. It has taken me years of seeking knowledge and wisdom, inside and outside to find my whole self through a path to oneness. It was my holographic spiritual family that guided me through the weird stuff. However, the shift really occurred for me in the acceptance of the gift that is the extraordinary embraced in an ordinary way.

Everyone has a story, as life is a learning experience. Everyone at some point has a wound or several wounds on many levels. The challenge is not to get stuck in the experiences, heal and through the experience come to know who you are and remain conscious.

Each is but a jigsaw piece in the bigger picture or divine puzzle. May you find all the pieces to create the most beautiful picture of you. It is about healing the pain to gain a new perspective, as you can’t fix a problem from the same perspective that created it. Oneness is about learning, awakening, clearing, healing, integrating, expanding, embracing, and radiating on all layers and levels.

This book is a collection of my understandings, from my experiences and the messages that came through me, up to the moment of print. If you are reading this, then you are here to learn and remember. We will journey together to discover the real whole you through an understanding of the path to oneness with exercises on all layers and levels to transform your wounded to wow.

Disclaimer: This book is not a replacement for medical treatment. It offers information, exercises and tools to be considered for inspiration and used by your own free-will and choice. Always choose what works for you for your highest good, and set aside what does not.

    PART 1

    The Foundational Journey

    CHAPTER 1

Who am I, who are you

Who am I? Consultant, coach, trainer, artist, writer and more. Many perceive me as they choose to see me. Some don’t see me. I have been very good at changing my looks and behaviours to fit the crowd. Some perceive a business woman, some a mother, others a healer, and others a guide. I am all these things and so much more. I have hidden from many who I truly am, for fear of overwhelm and judgment. I cannot hide anymore. I am, who I am. It just is.

Who you are is moulded by pivotal moments in your life, and the way you choose to handle them, with awareness or not? When you go through challenges you can let them define you, or you can let them be pivotal moments where you grow to know your potential. Are you aware of who you are?

Yes, when you are in the challenge, dependent on the tools you have, how you will handle the challenge. Yes, you may think why me? Yes, you may think I am alone. Yes, you may wish to blame. Move through this crap, your wounds only hold you back. I have experienced many wounds from this lifetime and recall of others, yet I find no purpose in sitting in the wound, unless you wish to experience the depths of a wound and often despair. When you are ready, tick that box, and get ready to shift. You cannot move upwards holding onto your wounds and baggage. Let go. Travel light. Breathe. Clear. Heal and you will find your ‘wow’.

Knowing who you are helps. Admit who you are to yourself first. Only share when you are ready. Share with those you feel comfortable, in a non-judgmental, compassionate environment. If you are reading this book, then some of who I am, will resonate with you. Name your parts, to find the whole of who you are. A great starting point, is through your consistent behaviours or personas. Another way of perceiving your parts is to look at them as roles in a play or a movie. There are certain parts that you have a natural talent for, and there are some you could rarely or never play. Here are a few of my personas/roles:

vI have shared some of who I am, and now it’s important to acknowledge who you are? I recommend you have a special notebook or diary to write down answers that come through the exercises within this book.

    1. Exercises to discover who you are:

Get your notebook and pen. Answer these questions:

◆ Do you Feel, See, Hear or Know?

Observe the words you use I feel your pain, I see what you mean, I hear you, or I know what you mean are examples of some of things said that indicate how people sense and take things in.

◆ What personas/roles have been with you all your life? Name them to claim them, they are a source of lessons. Note how you recognized your personas/roles?

◆ What lesson/s did this offer you?

Your personas/roles are a great way to understand yourself in any area of your life.

    43326.png

As you awaken, you will find you understand yourself, and then others more. The modalities, tools or techniques that you find work for you, will often be the ones that you have learnt in the roles you play. Once lessons are fully integrated you can teach or assist others, in work, rest and play. There are many modalities that will assist you to know yourself.

Learning lessons and awakening, changes your perception. You may begin to observe the flow of life as three energies. On every layer and level there are currently these three energies that will appear. Within astrology there are three energies of cardinal, fixed or mutable. The yogic Gunas have sattva/balanced, rajas/aggressive or tamas/inert, and even the three levels of breath or consciousness, are lower, middle or high. Often the three together create the whole picture, assisting a sense of depth.

    2. Exercises to observe the flow of your life:

Get your notebook and pen. Answer these questions:

    • If you reflect on your life, can you see, feel, hear or know areas of your life, where the energy is fixed or inert? What was/is the lesson there? If when you describe it you feel or think negatively, you have found something to clear and heal.

    • Where are the energies in your life moveable or aggressive? What are the choices you made? If when you describe it you feel or think negatively, you have just found a choice that was not in alignment with your highest.

    • Where are the energies in your life balanced? Even when you are challenged with lessons there will be something, small or big that is ok.

    • Where there is balance there are gifts. If you knew, what would the gifts be?

The things that are easy are gifts. If you believe in past or parallel lives, the potential is you have accumulated these gifts through experience. If there is an emotional charge, that has no connection to this moment, you are dealing with a past unfinished lesson. It is all about healing the past to create a better now, and this has the ripple effect on all layers and levels.

    43297.png

    3. Exercise to practice discernment:

Get your notebook and pen. To me, discernment comes from a higher space then judgement. Discernment is about perceiving the highest potential. Answer these questions:

    • Just because you can, doesn’t mean you should or need to. If you have a vision, feeling, hearing or knowing, do you tell another? Be mindful that in the early stages, sharing can create other challenges, if you aren’t ready, don’t.

    • Is spirit moving you to say something? If spirit is moving you, then this is coming from a higher level.

    • Is it uplifting or important?

    • Do you have the whole message or only a part of it? If you don’t have the ‘aha’ of truth, then slow down until you do. Discern with compassion and wisdom, choose the highest.

    43267.png

Taking a moment of reflection is an important part of maturity, and wisdom. Timing is important. Knowing when to say something, is all about timing. If it doesn’t feel right, don’t. Know if the feeling is resistance or founded fear. Resistance can be something we need to move through. Fears can be something we need to understand. Everything has a reason and a purpose. Know your reason. Know your purpose. Note when you are playing from your small self.

Start questioning, who are you? Know your wounds are just learnings. These are your stepping stones to understanding your potential. It is a journey, which happens in layers and levels. In each given moment you learn, clear, then heal as much as you are able. Before you can expand, you will need to integrate, and clear some more. Are you ready to know who you are, on all your layers, levels and areas of your life?

    CHAPTER 2

    Physical

Understanding begins through knowing who you are in your physical layer or body. The body is simply the earthly housing for all other layers and levels, and needs maintenance. This means the physical body needs to be nurtured, nourished, exercised and cherished. This can be challenging if you judge it, compare it or disconnect from it. Self-assessment is not about judgement; it is simply to benchmark where you are, within a moment in time. You can learn from that benchmark, where change is possible, and what you are willing to do. Listening to your body is important. Information can come to you via any of your awakened senses: seeing, hearing, feeling, knowing, digital, symbolic, taste, smell, any crossovers or more.

I highly recommending learning about physical anatomy. It lays a great foundation for understanding how the physical interplays with the other layers and levels. It gives another dimension for intuition and healers, creating a relatable level to both medical mainstream and complimentary.

As you are ready to know more about who you are, you become an observer of your physical form. It becomes fascinating to observe yourself. The way the human form is held when it walks, sits, and in all movement tells you a lot about yourself. You can see in the physical form; which energy centre is predominant by what part of the body is put forward first. You can note imbalances from right to left. Observation becomes a self-assessment tool. I often introduce students to this when I am teaching movement or helping them to know their body and posture.

    4. Exercises to know your body:

Get your notebook and pen. If possible, have a floor length mirror. Otherwise, feel it. Answer these questions or draw a stick person:

    • How are you holding your body, right now?

    • Did you alter your posture?

    • If you have a full-length mirror you can observe your own body. Start from your head. Do you push your head forward or back?

    • Are your shoulders rounded or pulled back?

    • Is your spine straight or twisted?

    • Are your hips aligned or is one side lifted?

    • Are your knees bent or straight?

    • Are your feet straight, turned in or out?

    • All these little things tell a whole story about your body.

Let’s correct your posture. Remember it is always about doing the best you can, with how your body is in the moment. This can be done seated if needed. This example is recommended standing.

o Feel the weight evenly balanced on your feet, hip width apart, facing forward.

o Let your knees be off lock.

o Your pelvis is in a centred position.

o Notice your spine, and feel the space between each vertebra, as though you have grown or lengthen.

o Your shoulders relaxed up, back and down.

o Your neck is centred, your head is in alignment.

o Feel as though there is a string that is lifting the top of your head to the ceiling.

    o Breathe.

o When you first realign your posture, it feels unusual.

o We are creatures of habit. It is about shifting to choose better habits.

    o Feel your alignment.

Note: If you are physically challenged with movement, the best way to assist yourself is through visualisation. Imagine you are able to
