Introduction
Sleep is a natural bodily mechanism to provide you with the rest you need after a long day of work. Whether you spend your time moving up and down escalators in the skyscrapers of the corporate jungle or mowing grass and caring for your plants in the field, 7 to 8 hours of quality sleep a night is essential for everyone. However, life's overwhelming pressures and stresses sometimes make this natural bodily function a luxury for many of us. As a result, we end up spending our nights staring at the bedroom ceiling and our days feeling tired and irritable.
Your life doesn't have to be this way. You, too, can enjoy a deep relaxing sleep at night and have beautiful dreams. You, too, can wake up fresh and energetic every morning and have happy and productive days. Sleep hypnosis is an age-old technique used to induce relaxation and help you drift to sleep with the help of words and is known to be quite an effective remedy for poor sleep. Come along with me as I take you on this journey of relaxation and bliss. Let's shut out the noise of the outer world and enter into the beautiful universe of tranquility.
For starters, try to refrain from indulging in any vigorous physical activity or exercise at least 2 to 3 hours before bedtime for best results.

Prepare Yourself for Sleep
Find a cozy corner of your house where you are likely to be undisturbed. It can be a hammock beside a fountain, a recliner by the window, or even a cozy chair in your favorite part of your abode. If you plan to listen to this book closer to bedtime, you can choose to lie on your bed in your room if you prefer. Make sure you are dressed in easy attire. Try to make the place as inviting for sleep as possible with:
Soft lighting.
A comfortable temperature.
A soft blanket to cover you.
