In the 21st century, we’ve become more conscious of this energy, the frequencies, and vibrations surrounding us: their effect on our mind, body, and spirit, and the concept of manipulating the subtle energy flow to make improvements in our well-being.

I’ve been an energy healer for almost 40 years, and in that time the face of energy healing has completely changed. Hundreds of different energy healing modalities now exist. Both these, and hands-on holistic therapies, are now widely available and valued as complementary to modern medicine.

Indeed, there is so much choice that, to the layperson, it must feel quite confusing.

Energy healing is the oldest therapy known to mankind.

For tens of thousands of years, communities in every society worldwide have had a healer who’s been called by many names: wise women, cunning men, shaman, spiritual healers, herbalists, witches, myrrhophores, sages, and many more.

Wherever in the world they originated, what they had in common was their task; to heal the members of their communities using different energies from the sources they had available to them.

Since the early 20th century, healer channels have been accessing different energy healing frequencies and teaching others how to tap in.

For example, the system of Usui Reiki Ryoho grew out of the original teachings of Dr. Mikao Usui, channeled in the 1920s, and brought to the west by Mrs. Hawayo Takata. This system spread widely, growing in popularity in the early 21st century; Usui Reiki is very often the stepping stone to other high vibrational healing modalities for many healers.

The word Reiki comes from the Japanese words, rei, which means universal life, and ki, which means energy, and there are dozens of different forms, frequencies, and schools of Reiki.

We’re incredibly lucky to have several authors who are divine channels, who like Dr. Usui, have been entrusted with spreading new high vibrational healing modalities directly channeled from Source and are sharing their story with you.

What every energy healing modality has in common is that the healer becomes a channel for energy from the Divine, Source, the Universe, or whatever your belief is.

This healing energy is intelligent and promotes well-being and the restoration of balance holistically in the mind, body, soul, or spirit of the recipient.

The healer connects to an energy source. The healing energy is drawn through the healer’s physical and energetic system, through their energy channels, meridians, and chakras, and usually out through their hands (though sometimes through the heart or solar plexus chakra).

Many healers are also intuitives, trained in several different modalities, who have a wide range of energetic tools in their spiritual toolbox and are able to select the most appropriate energy healing frequency for their clients.

There’s a great deal of legislation, many rules and regulations, guidance, and best practices put into place across the world to protect both professional healers and their clients. One of the main points to note is that no healer or therapist is legally able to guarantee to cure.

My Story

That was interesting! Diana laughed.

It was a cold, dark, night in November 2020, mid-pandemic. We stood in the hall of her cozy home, the air charged with the energy from the day.

Six lightworkers joined together to ground Atlantean healing codes to support the healing of the planet and its inhabitants.

I’d made the six-hour journey from Wales to join them the previous night.

My dear friend Diana and I are spiritual teachers, healers, intuitives, and trance channel mediums (a bit like Abraham Hicks).

The wonderful thing about working with another channel is there’s a dialogue between the Ascended Masters; it was a very interesting day!

Well, that’s me busy for the next year! I replied

I’d been given three tasks by the Ascended Masters. I had a clear idea of how to formally accredit Violet Flame Rescue Healing for St. Germain, and was pretty confident on how I’d finalize his book teaching about the divine rays, but news that I’d be channeling an ancient Atlantean healing modality for Lady Portia had come as quite a shock!

Diana took my hand, They chose you because you’ll not only get it done, but you’ll do an amazing job, she said softly, enveloping me in a warm hug.

I felt truly humbled.

To be trusted with these tasks is an incredible honor.

Tears welled up, spilling down my cheeks.

We said our goodbyes; I headed into the starlit night, the pavement glistening with frost, leaves crunching beneath my feet.

I was driving to see my son; we’d been apart for a year; my car was filled with Christmas gifts. I got behind the wheel, and my heart filled with joy at the thought of his hugs.

I put the requests of the Ascended Masters to the back of my mind and drove along the winding country roads. Before long, I hit the lights of London.

The next year flew by. St. Germain was keeping me incredibly busy!

I channeled and published two books, accredited Violet Flame Rescue Healing, and published three collaborative books before the Masters decided the time was right for their new healing modality to be fully embodied.

I’d already been given the sacred symbols that day at Diana’s, but my guides were silent on the attunement and practicalities for channeling the healing energy.

I was deep in meditation on a sunny spring day when the familiar scent of lemongrass and bergamot filled the air as Lady Portia drew close; the visions and instructions began to flood through me. I’ve learned to hit record on my phone when this happens!

She spoke clearly:

Sister, the process is thus, you will teach how to bring forward the Silver Violet Flame, the energy of the ninth sacred ray, as a vortex, to cleanse and clear the physical and energetic bodies of the client.

When this cleansing and transmutation is complete, the energy of the 90th sacred ray, the Black Flame of the Void, will be brought forth.

This energy, in this pure form, will bring restoration to mind, body, spirit, and soul aspects of the individual.

Mankind has not been allowed access to this energy, in this form, since the fall of Atlantis.

It is the energy of the Cosmic Divine Mother, the source of creation.

You will first teach, and ground this energy once more, in Glastonbury the heart chakra of your planet.

I smiled.

There was more to this new modality than one specific healing frequency. The Masters had given me yet another enormous job. They know me so well! If I’d known about the enormity of the task, I’d have probably panicked!

I asked for support and thanked Lady Portia for entrusting me with this sacred task.

Afterward, I sat, gazing at the trees moving gently in the breeze outside my London flat, listening to the sound of the birdsong and distant hum of life passing by while I fully absorbed her words.

Every cell of my being was still vibrating with her energy.

I felt deeply honored.

My dialogue with the Masters continued over the next few days. Their words flowed seamlessly into my training manual for Divine Feminine Reiki. Date set and venue sourced, I was ready.

Rainbows danced around us, as the afternoon sun glinted from prisms hanging in the windows of the Glastonbury hall; we sat in a circle on soft cushions.

Ancient Avalon, an important energetic planetary hub, is the heart chakra of our planet, where ley lines draw energy around the Earth.

The place chosen by the Masters to ground this ancient divine feminine energy.

I’d love you to share your experiences, I asked the healers I attuned, all of them master teachers of other modalities.

The air still resonated with energy.

Silence.

Shall we make a cup of tea and chat while we drink? You’ll feel more grounded.

Mugs in hand the healers emerged slowly from their stunned silence.

I physically felt the angels take my hands as they led me back to the temple in Atlantis. Just wow! I’ve never experienced energy like that in 20 years as a healer, said one.

I don’t have words to describe it. I feel reborn, as if I’ve been cleansed, cocooned, and emerged from the cosmic womb, said another.

The Ascended Masters, still close by, smiled warmly.

The experience was incredible. The group was blessed with personal messages from Lady Ascended Masters and mastered channeling the powerful energies; releasing what didn’t serve through the vortex energy of the Silver Violet Flame and replenishing by accessing the deeply restorative energy of the Black Flame of the Void.

A week later, at home in meditation, the familiar scent of Lady Portia drew in:

You will travel to Gozo, to the temples built by Priestesses of the Cosmic Divine Mother who survived the fall of Atlantis, and carry out sacred work on 9/9.

Here we go again! So, I’m going to Gozo. I’d better do some research and find someone to help me. This feels big!

We live in such exciting times!

Like many other lightworkers, I’m divinely guided in my work. I embrace this guidance and put it into action in a practical way, to teach and bring about healing.

Today, we have access to an enormous range of healing vibrations that can support us with our specific unique healing needs.

Most of my work is with the divine rays and sacred flames, teaching how they can be used for healing and spiritual development.

Here’s the nub.

The highest vibrating form of light is pure, clear light, the light of the Creator, the ‘Divine.’ Each divine ray represents a different quality of the Divine, their energy present here on Earth. Each of the divine rays has an active principle, a sacred flame; the power source behind the ray.

(It’s important to note that the rays have changed since 2012, as our planet has changed, and we have changed, and we can now access 28 of these frequencies.)

Every schoolchild knows that when you shine a light through a clear crystal, colored light is refracted through it.

Similarly, the colors of the divine rays are the aspects of the Divine, the energy that radiates down to our planet for the purpose of supporting all that there is.

Each divine ray has a unique number, name, property, color, symbol, patron, active principle, and crystalline energy aligning with it that helps us tune in. The sacred flames are the active principles of the divine rays.

Both the divine rays and sacred flames, can be used for healing and spiritual development.

The key difference when working with their energy is that when you’re bathed in the energy of the divine rays, the feeling is more passive, more feminine. When you invoke the energy of the sacred flames, there’s a greater vibrational shift. It’s a more direct, masculine energy (ideal for healing).

Divine Feminine Reiki draws energy from two sacred flames; the Silver Violet Flame and The Black Flame of The Void.

Everyone can benefit from, and invoke the energy of the divine rays and sacred flames.

Meditation to connect to the Ray of the Cosmic Divine Mother

The 90th divine ray, the ray of the Cosmic Divine Mother, is powered by the Black Flame of the Void and overseen by the Cosmic Lady Ascended Master Annami. The crystal that aligns with this deep blue-black ray is jet.

This is one of the frequencies of Divine Feminine Reiki.

This ray carries the energy of the Void, the cosmic ocean of creation. It’s the energy of infinite potential, a deeply restorative space assisting complete restoration and soul healing.

Before You Begin

Spiritual or psychic protection is an essential first step before beginning any healing or spiritual practice.

It’s not complicated and simply involves requesting protection from higher powers before you begin.

Here’s a simple prayer:

Divine Spirit, Creator of All,

To draw close, to bring me guidance and protection,

Intention

It’s important to set a clear intention and decide what you want to achieve with this connection; be specific.

Divine Rays Connection Channelled Meditation

To prepare, use your breath to relax deeply, and move relaxation through the physical body by way of the energy centers (chakras).

Cleansing, clearing, relaxing, releasing, healing and harmonizing, relaxing your body, and shifting any negative or stuck energy in the subtle energy body.

Take at least two breaths at each chakra, be intuitive if you need to release more tension or stuck energy, then repeat.

It’s helpful to visualize your chakras as Catherine Wheels, seeing sparks of stuck energy drifting away to be grounded into Mother Earth, to be repurposed, recycled, and reborn.

Make your body comfortable. Roll back your shoulders and gently move your neck to release any tension. Make sure that your arms and legs are uncrossed, and if sitting, connect your feet with the floor beneath you.

Breathe deeply. In through your nose and out through your mouth, deep into your lungs. For a moment, simply be aware of the rise and fall of your belly.

Now, deepen the relaxation.

Breathe in for the count of three, hold for three, and breathe out for three. Repeat three times.

Breathe in for the count of four, hold for four, and breathe out for four. Repeat three times.

Start to feel waves of relaxation moving down over your physical body, starting at your crown chakra (top of the head). Expand it with your breath, cleansing, clearing, relaxing, releasing, healing, and harmonizing. See it spinning, clearing stuck energy, sensing it raining down upon the Earth. Take as many breaths as you need before moving your breath, with intention, down your body to the next chakra.

Move these waves of relaxation with your breath, down to your brow chakra in the center of your forehead. Expand it with your breath, cleansing, clearing, relaxing, releasing, healing, and harmonizing. See it spinning, clearing stuck energy, sensing it raining down upon the Earth. Take as many breaths as you need before moving your breath, with intention, down your body.

Move your attention to your throat chakra. Expand it with your breath, cleansing, clearing, relaxing, releasing, healing, and harmonizing. See it spinning, clearing stuck energy, sensing it raining down upon the Earth. Take as many breaths as you need before moving your breath, with intention, down your body.

Next, your shoulders, arms, hands, and fingers. Release any tension, allowing your breath to travel down, relaxing, feeling tension drifting away, returning it to Mother Earth.

Move your attention to your heart chakra. Expand it with your breath, cleansing, clearing, relaxing, releasing, healing, and harmonizing. See it spinning, clearing stuck energy, sensing it raining down upon the Earth. Take as many breaths as you need before moving your breath, with intention, down your body.

Move down to your solar plexus chakra. Expand it with your breath, cleansing, clearing, relaxing, releasing, healing, and harmonizing. See it spinning, clearing any, stuck energy, sensing it raining down upon the Earth. Take as many breaths as you need before moving your breath, with intention, down your body.

Move down to your sacral chakra. Expand it with your breath, cleansing, clearing, relaxing, releasing, healing, and harmonizing. See it spinning, clearing any stuck energy, sensing it raining down upon the Earth. Take as many breaths as you need before moving your breath, with intention, down your body.

Move next to your root chakra. Expand it with your breath, cleansing, clearing, relaxing, releasing, healing, and harmonizing. Seeing it spinning, clearing any stuck energy, sensing it raining upon the Earth. Take as many breaths as you need before moving your breath, with intention, down your body.

Now, draw this relaxing energy down your thighs, past your knees, shins, calves, ankles, feet, and toes, grounding all remaining negative or stuck energy into Mother Earth to be repurposed, recycled, and reborn.
