    What is stress?

    For years, we have all spent time banging our head off walls or just sitting with your head in your hands. Events can change us in a variety of ways, and it is true that one little change can completely change the outcome of that day.

    For example, things could be going really well at work and then BAM! The report you handed in last week is no good, it has to be completely re-written for tomorrow. So now instead of taking your other half out for dinner, you are going to be writing all night, just great huh?
