- Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5Very kind and gentle suggestions to help me relax and rest. Her voice is so soothing and comforting, kind of like the ideal version of being read a bedtime story. I enjoy all of the recordings she had made and feel they have improved my rest and waking life. I only gave 4 stars since there section on time is a little distracting. I personally find that worrying about the time keeps me awake and don't like being reminded to think about the time. But that is just a small section and the recording is really wonderful overall.
