I think it was hard to view anger as a good thing, but this book helped me realize that we needed this emotion to do certain things or be a certain person. I believe I saved this book in the hopes of understanding a person in my life and how to help him. Years passed and I finally got a chance to listen to this, only to find terms on how I feel in my current situation. I will continue meditation in order to deal with my feelings and will try to incorporate journaling too. I have rated it 4 stars only because I felt like it was too short.

Counting till ten never worked for me or maybe my counts were faster but I agree with the exercise technique. It really helps even in the emotional aspect.
