Adam Brown is a Senior Lecturer in Media Studies at Deakin University, Australia, and a volunteer at the Jewish Holocaust Centre in Melbourne, where he initiated the digitization of the Centre’s survivor video testimony collection. He was awarded the Isi Leibler Prize for the best contribution to advancing knowledge of racial, religious or ethnic prejudice in any time or place for his dissertation, and has written widely on Holocaust representation across various genres, surveillance and film, mediations of rape, digital children's television, and gaming cultures.

    Absolutely ❤️ it, explained the 8 steps to mindfulness precisely, now to implement it. I will make meditation a twice or more daily habit. I'm there now & have implemented mindfulness with training my body which l started 40 +years ago, l now see the mind as more important, as it is. The Key thing about training in body, martial arts, anything associated with learning is repetition & immersing your mind into the subject, we do mindfulness but not mindfully. If you are following the guidelines in this book, l'll catch up with you for a yearly report, good luck & ❤️ in all your endeavours?
