    Are.You. Kidding. Me.?I would have to take a week or two off of work to plot out this eating plan despite the fact that she provides daily menus. The list of restrictions is harsh. Understandable, but a bit unrealistic. And dinner is always lettuce and a few carrots. Really? This book is dense and complex and you had better plan some dedicated study hall time just to put the plan in action.

    This book has great recipes and information for a healthier lifestyle. It includes success stories, tips & words of encouragement. It also includes exercises and meal plans. It helped add variety & flavor to my diet, in addition to shedding some pounds.
