- Rating: 1 out of 5 stars1/5Are.You. Kidding. Me.?I would have to take a week or two off of work to plot out this eating plan despite the fact that she provides daily menus. The list of restrictions is harsh. Understandable, but a bit unrealistic. And dinner is always lettuce and a few carrots. Really? This book is dense and complex and you had better plan some dedicated study hall time just to put the plan in action.
