- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5A very comprehensive self-help book filled with action plans and good ideas of how to stay resilience in times of uncertainty. Well-structured, easy to use and follow. The author also did good research to back up the ideas with scientific facts and real life personal stories.
I find it particularly relevant reading this book during the pandemic now and it actually got me changed a few things in life to improve productivity. Highly recommend!1 person found this helpful
