About this audiobook

After all she’s endured with her own marriage, divorce, and subsequent flight from alimony, Helen Hawthorne getting a job at Millicent’s Bridal Salon is ironic in the extreme. The newest client is Kiki, a wealthy witch who’s making her daughter's wedding day all about Kiki. When Kiki is found smothered to death with her daughter’s wedding dress, the cops seem to think Helen is responsible.

Now, Helen must prove her innocence before the bride and groom read their wedding vows—and the police read Helen her rights.

*shock face* they pulled a Mc.Dreamy/Grey! She really doesn't have much luck with her love life and her job security. At least she keeps her head up. I get jealous that I'd love to have pool side nights. The series reminds me of a paranoid version of murder she wrote. No matter where she is, somehow she's knee deep in someone's murder.

Well Helen's kind of dumb in this one too I didn't want to strangle her and shove her into a closet though. On to num 5

Why does Helen have to be so very whiny? The first 2 books were ok but this one makes her out to be like an insecure teenager. She’s a middle aged woman. She should act like one.
Also, while I like the narrator she really needs to learn how to properly pronounce the places mentioned in the book. It’s really annoying to hear her use the wrong pronunciation so many times.

My favorite so far. Marjorie alone is worth the listen…
