Description
The defendant hired the plaintiff’s company to do some electrical work on his building. However, the plaintiff claims the defendant refuses to pay what he owes, so the plaintiff is suing. The defendant denies owing because he claims the plaintiff only restored electric service to the third floor, leaving him in the dark on the first and second.
Then, the plaintiff claims his friend, the defendant, borrowed his motorcycle and crashed it into a car, so the plaintiff is suing. The defendant insists the plaintiff’s mother asked her son to move her motorcycle, but the plaintiff was drunk, so the defendant offered to help. When the defendant drove the motorcycle, he claims the plaintiff failed to tell him the brakes weren’t working.
