Description

The plaintiff hired and paid the defendant to install copper pipes in front of his home. On the day the work was to start, the plaintiff says the defendant sent three guys who dug and filled a hole in the wrong area of his yard. The defendant then told the plaintiff he didn’t need the pipes, so the plaintiff is suing for a refund. The defendant claims the plaintiff just paid him a deposit, and even though there was no need for copper pipes, his men still performed work.
Then, the plaintiff claims his college buddy crashed his motorcycle, so he’s suing for damages. The defendant insists the plaintiff was selling the motorcycle and pressured him into taking a test drive, so he denies owing a dime.
Plus, the plaintiff loaned his former friends, the defendants, money to get out of jail. However, the plaintiff claims they wrote him a check to pay back the loan, but it bounced, so the plaintiff is suing. The defendants thought the plaintiff was giving them the money out of the goodness of his heart and are hurt the plaintiff filed this lawsuit.
