Welcome back to a new episode of the HGH Podcast. WE apologies for the late episode. Stoph and Paul have been going through busy periods in each of their lives but Paul is back this week interviewing Jose "Chuy".

He is currently 4 weeks and 7 weeks out from shows he will be competing in. 4 weeks from a regional to earn the national qualifier for the national show in Texas in December.
