Today's episode is the third in a five-part series all about program design. For this episode, we will focus on training frequency. To listen to the first two parts, head over to episode 47 and episode 48 where we discuss training volume and training intensity. Today, Sue, Alex, and Austin go into detail on what actually is training frequency and discuss factors we look at when formulating a training split.
