Good sex happens when you are calm and accepting. Sex works “best” when you aren’t stressed. In this episode, Jessie and special guest Dr Kelly Casperson, author of You Are Not Broken and host of the You Are Not Broken Podcast, chat about the mind and sex.  Kelly reminds us that the brain is a powerful sex organ. We talk about how mindfulness can make sex better.
