Today’s episode is the first in a series on “Mindful Love” “We are not held back by the love we did not receive in the past but by the love we are not extending in the present.”  Extend maximal love to both yourself and others by asking yourself “What would love do”? When you are feeling stuck, confused, frustrated, and resentful, ask yourself “What would love do?”    Asking what love would do helps you create more connection, peace, and love in your life.  Asking what love would do fosters kindness, curiosity, honesty, and spaciousness in relationships- even non-romantic ones.  When you ask the question, be sure to include what love would for YOU also.  Excluding oneself in the question is not actually showing up with love. Asking what love would do creates space to think, be curious, and find solutions.  When you make decisions from a place of love for yourself, and others, answers arise from a place of kindness and honesty.  When love for yourself and others is your guiding intention, people-pleasing and doing things that make you feel resentful usually aren't the right choice.  Love also keeps you from trying to change control and fix others.  Love wouldn’t do that.  Coming from a place of love for yourself and others also keeps you safe in the event you find yourself in a toxic or harmful relationship.  Love would not stay.   If you want to create more calm, peace, connection, and love in your life secure your spot in Jessie’s Mindful Love 3-month coaching program that begins June 7th.
