Mindfulness can help guide us and ground us through this most intimate of life's relationships.  Love isn't always harmonious and it doesn't always feel good. In this episode, we explore the idea of choice and showing up with mindful intention rather than expectation.  We share how it's possible to hold dualities and allow your mom to be who and how she is. What did you learn from her? How are your differences actually strengths? What would peace do?
