Liam Adams is one of Australia's best ever marathon runner's. He recently ran the Olympic qualifying time for the Marathon in Japan when he crossed the line in 2.10.48. What's incredible about his story is that he works full-time as an Electrician around Melbourne and also manages to run close to 200km a week. In this episode we chat about how he manages such a big work load and training load as well as the strategies he uses to recover.
