Description

I'm 47 today! And today I'm sharing 10 lessons I've learned in the last year.   There’s no reason to martyr yourself - prioritize your health and advocate for yourself and your loved ones You can’t control people - you can only control your reaction to them You can fall short without it meaning you’re a failure - pathologic need to get everything done yet Virtual friends can be as true as friends in real life Systems, strategies and hacks should not come at the expense of letting go Make that trip to see your loved ones now - work can wait It is always quality over quantity - time, number of friends, heck even my wardrobe Outsourcing and delegating doesn’t make you less than Being constantly disappointed in others only negatively affects you. Either let it go or let the relationship go Just go for it- what’s the worst that can happen   Like this show? Please leave us a review here - even one sentence helps!
