Amanda (Run to the Finish) and Laura (Laura Norris Running) bring over 20 years of coaching experience, plus expertise shared in thousands of articles. Amanda has been at the forefront of running content creation for over a decade, using her journalism degree to provide informative running content on her website and Instagram. Laura recently wrapped up her Master of Science in Applied Exercise Science and has 7+ years of run coaching experience. Both Amanda and Laura are certified running coaches and certified personal trainers (ACE and NSCA, respectively). With these backgrounds, we strive to help you train smarter.
