Amanda (Run to the Finish) and Laura (Laura Norris Running) bring over 20 years of coaching experience , plus expertise shared in thousands of articles. Amanda has been at the forefront of running content creation for over a decade, using her journalism degree to provide informative running content on her website and Instagram. Laura  recently wrapped up her Master of Science in Applied Exercise Science, on top of 7+ years of coaching experience. Both Amanda and Laura are certified running coaches and certified personal trainers (ACE and NSCA, respectively). With these backgrounds, they strive to help you train smarter.
