While they may feel a bit intimidating to start with, I promise that the benefits are worth it.    What I discussed:   They are more effective than any other form of strength-training. You have an infinite amount of versatility You can choose where you workout They helps identify and eliminate strength imbalances They allow you to increase your range of motion  They enhance the mind-muscle connection  More Freedom of Movement.
