Kasia Zator is a women's strength & conditioning coach who has a passion for strength training and helping other women get stronger in both their training and their mindset. Kasia came 2nd in her first ever body buildiing show with the WBFF in the April 2021 WBFF Show and is now working towards coampeting in a powerlifting comp in 2023. We discuss all things coaching and strength training, the lessons we learnt along both our body building journey, the mindset behind the her getting consistent and disciplined in her process.
