Shawni is a partner at PwC. She has 20+ years of IT application implementation and management experience in US and China.
She is responsible for running a 1200+ members Acceleration Center in Shanghai China. Her team is providing service to 10 different countries. As the automation and innovation leader for Acceleration Centers, she is digitizing the project deliveries and providing cost effective and value-added services to her clients.
Shawni is a big advocate for creating a diverse and equal work environment. She created Women in Technology program at the Shanghai center that sponsors initiatives such as Code Camp, HeForShe, LadiesWhoTech events in the local market. In 2020, she was nominated by Forbes China as one of the Top 50 women technologists in China.
