Before joining The A.V. Club as Editor-in-Chief, Patrick Gomez served as a senior editor at Entertainment Weekly and senior writer and People magazine. The Texas native and University of Southern California graduate now resides in Los Angeles and is a member of the Television Critics Association and Critic's Choice Association. He currently hosts The A.V. Club's podcast Push The Envelope and previously co-hosted the EW podcasts EW On Set and EW’s Binge, as well as the SiriusXM recap shows for Big Brother and Dancing With the Stars and the national primetime TV talk show Glitterbomb. He has appeared on Today, Good Morning America, Access Hollywood, Entertainment Tonight, E! News, CNN, HLN, and more.
