On this episode of Le Run Down I spoke with one of the most seasoned ultra runners we’ve had on the show to date, Ryan Sandes.
Ryan currently holds the fastest known time running through the Great Himalayan Trails, has won major trail races in all 7 continents and does not shy away from adventure runs either. Most recently, he ran 100 miles on a 100 meter loop around his house.
