On this episode of Le Run Down we enjoyed a great conversation with trail runner and ultra endurance athlete, David Kilgore.
From a young age, running was a way for David to enjoy nature and explore the outdoors. As a teen he was able to shift that passion to track and field but managed to keep it fun while racing competitively.
Fast forward and he's now taking on ultra distances, nurturing his light heartedness towards the sport with challenges, and generating funds for charities in need.
