In this episode we talk about the importance of good gut health and things you can do to support a healthy microbiome. The best and easiest way to support good gut health is by aiming to eat from a plate that is mostly filled with plant-based foods. Vegetables, Green leafy vegetables, dark-colored fruits, healthy oils, sprouted nuts and seeds, grass fed and grass finished organic meats, wild caught fatty fish and herbs or substances that can be brewed or added to food.We talk about the importance of both insoluble and soluble fiber.
