Protein is satiating so it will help keep you full longer, reduces cravings, and helps maintain muscle mass.  Remove artificial sweeteners and sugar. The more you give into these cravings is to stop giving into them.Veggies - almost no one we know eats enough veggies. Aim to have a big ole salad with protein or 2-3 servings of veggies in a bowl with your favorite seasonings. Can be roasted, steamed, air fried, stir fried…however you like! Sleep! Sleep impacts everything. You need to get adequate sleep in order to function properly, feel satiated/full, and keep cravings at bay.Connect with us:Website lsn.fit Instagram @lsn.coach@lizromannutrition @bchilcz3Email: liz@lsn.fit or becca@lsn.fit
