Description

+++ EARLY WARNING SIGNS +++
Don't you wish you knew what early warning signs to always look in different situation so that you could do something about it? I know that there are somethings outside our control that we are helpless in doing much to stop it, but we can prepare ourselves, if we know.
One of the things I coach people to do is create two imaginary buckets and label one, controllable and the other, uncontrollable. I then ask them to separate what they are experiencing and put them in appropriate buckets. Once they do that, they only spend their time and energy on the controllable bucket.
In this episode, I share about my heart surgery and early warning signs as it relates to leadership and team dysfunction.
