Description
+++ SHRINK MY BRAIN +++
Research has shown that when we are exposed to continued stress, the volume of grey matter in areas of our brain responsible for self-control, decreases. You could say our brain shrinks.
The more this happens, the more toxicity builds up in our lives, which eventually spills over within the work environment and onto the people we lead.
When leaders are under a load of stress they are more prone to say or do things that can cause friction, misunderstandings, and hurt. This is a recipe for a toxic work environment.
The good news is that stress can be managed and when managed can turn around a toxic workplace.
The question is how.
In this episode, you'll discover a few ways to lower stress, manage your emotions, and turn around a toxic work environment.
