We don’t extend ourselves any grace or compassion or love. And before we know it, regardless of how we look or how overweight we are or how skinny we are, we hate our bodies. 
My wife Ally understands this problem and struggle firsthand. And today she shares her personal story of body image issues, an eating disorder, and massive anxiety surrounding her body and appearance.
