I would like to point out that this is a short work comprising just a few pages. But please don’t let this put you off because what I have done here is to compress a lifetime of suffering with insomnia into a short presentation of how to deal with it. This is not a cure (I wish it were) but rather a collection of various techniques that the reader can use to his or her advantage. The entire package is natural (well, almost) and does NOT involve the use of prescription drugs – many years ago I got addicted to sleeping tablets which caused unpleasant side effects on a daily basis culminating in a bout of full-blown depression. After I managed to break that addiction I decided that I would never do it again but I incurred many sleepless nights as a result. I read everything I could find, without much success most of the time, but in the end the persistence paid off and the results can be found here in this little booklet.
