I would like to point out that this is a short work comprising just a few pages. But please don’t let this put you off because what I have done here is to compress a lifetime of suffering with insomnia into a short presentation of how to deal with it. This is not a cure (I wish it were) but rather a collection of various techniques that the reader can use to his or her advantage. The entire package is natural (well, almost) and does NOT involve the use of prescription drugs – many years ago I got addicted to sleeping tablets which caused unpleasant side effects on a daily basis culminating in a bout of full-blown depression. After I managed to break that addiction I decided that I would never do it again but I incurred many sleepless nights as a result. I read everything I could find, without much success most of the time, but in the end the persistence paid off and the results can be found here in this little booklet. There are numerous suggestions that can take from just a few minutes to half an hour
