Regular hypnosis
Before we go too far let’s have a quick look at what regular hypnotherapy is all about. Hypnotherapy is a procedure whereby a qualified hypnotist helps the subject to achieve a trance state.
Once they have done this the hypnotist then accesses the subconscious part of the mind and makes certain suggestions to the subject. Because the therapist is addressing the subconscious part of the mind the suggestions are taken on board and acted upon.
A good hypnotherapist will use very particular language and language patterns to achieve his and the subject’s goals.
By using this method any undesirable trait that the subject has can be changed for a new one.
