Introduction
Books have always been my great love. I enjoyed writing, but the project of creatio book seemed to me very unlikely. But as it usually happens, we cannot predict what life brings us. New challenges and teachings opened up before me, reminding me how little
I know. Upon graduation from the Music Academy, I thought that most of the learning was behind me, however time has shown that I could not be less right. Once again I was at the beginning
of new teachings and insights in the field of spirituality. I have started
to discover my true nature. And I also discovered my passions. As a Master and Shamballa multidimensional healing teacher, I devoted myself to healing treatments
and breaking karmic attachments, but meditation was the basis from which everything is arised. Once I received the gift of these meditations I knew it was no longer a matter of my
choice, the message was perfectly clear, I had to translate them into words and share with you. They arose as a result of my encounters with the energies of Love and I knew they did not
accidentally came to me. I think texts written from the prism of my own experience, colored by personal insight have a special charm. It is the charm of sensory cognition that
can encourage us to research, to have completely personal experience of what is read. I believe that this meditation book have come to each one of you for a good reason.
By going through those meditation adventures you can finally remember your own true nature. The nature of love and the power of creation that we all carry within us.

21 Love Meditation
How do I begin the story that led me to Love meditations?
In the world we live in today, it is necessary to make decisions on a daily basis, decisions that can affect our lives in different ways and it is often necessary to react quickly and cool-headed
to make them. We face a whole host of problems because of which we forget how good it is sometimes to stop and look around ourselves. And in ourselves. Is it possible to resolve life situations more easily and in a better way?
Caught in the daily rhythm of have to do
we actually neglect ourselves and people
we care about. And while life carries us with its inevitable rhythm of changing between good and the bad circumstances we go through, we are overwhelmed with negative emotions of fear and insecurity, wondering how to proceed? We are not even aware of the impact of such a way of lifestyle.
Like most people, I found myself in similar situation. I felt like I was
caught in a vicious circle of bad circumstances from which there was no way out. I was overwhelmed with a sense of helplessness. At that moment I realized I lost myself somewhere in all circumstances I was going through. I couldn't recognize myself anymore ... I started asking myself the question – in which way I have to change in order to regain that inner peace and happiness, no matter what my life circumstances are at the moment.
Intuitively, I felt there had to be some better way of functioning, but I didn't know how to achieve that. I started researching. I had to do something.
On the path of spirituality that I have embarked on, meditations was my first step. In order to find out what kind of experience meditation can bring me,
I started with Ray Yoga class. And indeed, that course revealed to me a whole
new world of sensations and cognitions under one universal name - Love. All those new experiences and insights I gained along the way gradually changed my whole
life. The moments of peace and joy that meditation brought me, made it mine everyday, indispensable ritual. Discovering, step by step, small parts of
the unity that we belong to, which we compose, I have been given a different, more complete picture of the world we live in . Feelings of unconditional happiness and love which
derived from meditation were so intense and overwhelming. I needed
time to realize that they are actually part of my true nature, my true being I suppressed and forgot. Only in the moment I stepped away from
numerous thoughts, my mind finally went silent, turning into a blank canvas on which
the cognitions of unity with the Divine, of oneness with Love, began to take shape. The love we all carry within ourselves. Moments of inner silence, sporadic at first, gradually
became longer and began to bear their fruits. All those images, emotions and information began to take shape into meditations of love that I want to share with
you.
What do we actually mean by meditation?
According to one definition, meditation is a spiritual exercise in which the meditator consciously and systematically directs his attention to certain content. This content oftenly derived from religion from which particular meditation originated. Mere understanding and knowledge of any definition of meditation is just a faint indication of the sensations and insights that follow when you set out on this self-development path. Although at first it may seem very difficult to find enough time and
will for daily meditation, once you start picking up its fruits, meditation will become an indispensable part of your daily routine. The moment when you calm your mind, leaving behind everyday thoughts and worries, you can immerse yourself into a pure lake of inner silence, a lake in which depths lies the secret of our true nature. The first indication of that secret come through the feeling of peace and happiness that emerges regardless of any external circumstances. Feeling of love that fills ours heart, a feeling driven by nothing, directed to no one in particular, invites us to simply EXIST and indulge in inner silence.
There are many types of meditations that we encounter within different religions and ideologies.
According to their characteristics, maybe we can classify them into two groups on on whose foundations rests most of what we know today of meditation.
The first meditation group includes already mentioned definition of systematic focusing on
specific content. Whether we focus our attention on the breath, some kind of mantra, sound, sacred image or spiritual text, by conducting such meditations we empower our potential of focusing. Over time, our attention deepens and external circumstances can less and less disrupt our meditation. By directing attention to the desired content we can finally free our mind from the noise of superfluous thoughts. As the result of this kind of focusing we finally indulge in inner peace and
its sensations.
One of the simplest, but most powerful techniques that belonging to this group is breath meditation.
This technique is very simple and widely applicable. It is based on the idea that
when we focus on our breathing, thoughts cannot be present in our mind at the same time. Focusing our attention on a holy figure, book, or mantra is a meditative technique that has
special meaning. By chanting the mantra, we somehow connect with its symbolic meaning and the energy it represents. Focusing on the holy image we unite with the depicted figure at all levels
of our existence. Only then we can have completely personal experience and perception
of the energy we connect with. At least for a moment we may be overwhelmed by the energy of love that reflects them.
