I know you've come to this book for one of these three powerful reasons: fear, desperation, or exhaustion from being unable to sleep. Insomnia directly caused by chronic generalized anxiety, or in some way rooted in obsessive-traumatic disorders - and a deep fear-trauma triggered by a specific situation from generalized anxiety, sometimes ignited by a specific event or simply by gradual exposure to negative and toxic situations. All of these factors can trigger a disorder called anxious cognitive insomnia. I know it sounds like a tongue-twister, but let's put all this into context.
