A lot of people who dabble in the spirit world think it’s all light and angels, that ghosts are essentially harmless. I know from my own experience that this simply isn’t true.
I’d always known at some level that I was different, but it wasn’t until I was 28 years old and running a pub in Bristol that I finally realised just how different!
Although the pub was open on Sunday nights, we were never very busy.
One evening, the barmaid was alone downstairs while I was upstairs in the flat – when I heard a piercing scream.
Alarmed, I raced down the stairs, burst into the bar.
‘What’s the matter?’
