Sleep… it’s such a simple, natural process. Much like eating and breathing, it seems innate and should be so easy to achieve. But, despite this, many of us struggle with it. Whether it’s not being able to drift off, or being unable to stay asleep for the whole night, our sleep habits can have a profound impact on our mental wellbeing and trigger negative thoughts, which can be hard to ignore.
